[cut=Описание на английском]- Added to enums.

U(Y_Less) changed to U(-1). The default value no longer needs to be a valid player.

R and Q changed in the same way as U.

K also changed in a similar way.

u can now match any part of a name, not just the start (also r and q).

The default is still the start, but it can be specified with an option (see below).

a[3] added for arrays of strings. Also A(hello)[3].

P<,;)> added to specify multiple delimiters at once.

Options added to customise behaviour:

SSCANF_QUIET disables error messages.

OLD_DEFAULT_NAME reverts Q(-1) to Q(Y_Less).

OLD_DEFAULT_KUSTOM reverts K(-1) to K(value).

MATCH_NAME_PARTIAL allows "Y_L" to match "[CLAN]Y_Less" not just "Y_Less".

CELLMIN_ON_MATCHES makes the system return 0x80000000 ("cellmin") on multiple username matches, not just the first ID.

MATCH_NAME_PARTIAL and CELLMIN_ON_MATCHES can be combined.

Fixed A(n)[len] still using the old style default values.

k can now be used in a and e.

Added u[3] to return the first (len - 1) matching names instead of just 1. Ignores CELLMIN_ON_MATCHES. Uses "cellmin" to indicate more than could be returned and "INVALID_PLAYER_ID" to indicate end of list.

? specifier added to change options for one "sscanf" call.

SSCANF_Option function added to change options for ALL "sscanf" calls.

extract now uses P instead of p.
